Hello,

I can’t believe that it has been six weeks since i have written. I have been having fun with family and friends this summer, spending time outside enjoying simple things like walking on the beach, reading a good book, laughing with my children, hunting for frogs in Quogue, finding hermit crabs in Montauk, making a yummy meal to enjoy with good friends. I hope you are having a great summer too.

I have really enjoyed receiving emails from new friends who have bought the CD and are enjoying it and new friends who saw my performance on the CW-11 Morning show in July. A week ago i had the pleasure of enjoying a private concert that Duncan Scheik, David Poe and Holly Brook gave for a small group of us at my friend Mark’s house in Southampton. Truly talented singer/songwriters who captured all of us with their incredible stories and voices. A great night of music.

Hope everyone is enjoying themselves and listening to music that makes them happy, puts you in a better mood or inspires you. i hope you are enjoying your days with people that you truly enjoy, and that you are doing things in your life that make your life meaningful. This is my wish for myself and for everyone. Thank you for all of the kind words and support for my CD “Mama Rocks!”. I am looking forward to gigging in NYC in the fall and working on a second album…….stay tuned my friends…

HI. This is my first blog. I don’t feel particularly chatty or insightful at the moment. Just enjoying the nice weather and a nice weekend with my family but i wanted to give a big HELLO to all of you! Thank you for your great energy and lovely feedback in the past two months. It was a lot of fun making Mama Rocks! and it is really nice to know that people out there are enjoying it too. SO….THANKS!

I am working up some gig ideas so please stay tuned - but you can tune in to the WB11 Morning Show (7am-9am) on Thursday, July 12th for a Mama Rocks! Performance with my Band. We are very excited and hope you can tune in or TIVO it.

Parting note, i have been thinking about how much good music is out there these days. I can stay up hours on iTunes checking out music, new and old…….the internet has changed the landscape for us musicians and for music lovers and for that i am grateful!
